Everything you need to know about delivery and returns when you order from The Shape House.
Delivery
We ship across mainland UK. Smaller accessories are sent by tracked courier and usually arrive within 3 to 5 working days. Infrared saunas and cabins are larger, palletised items, so we book those in with you directly and give a delivery window once your order is confirmed. You will get tracking details by email as soon as your order leaves us.
Returns
If something is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. For change-of-mind returns the cost of return shipping is yours; for faulty or damaged goods we cover it and arrange collection. Bespoke or made-to-order cabins are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty, in line with your statutory rights.
Damaged or faulty items
Check your delivery on arrival and tell us within 48 hours if anything is damaged, with a photo if you can. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect a return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
